Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper in guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
