Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is sanitized and stored properly after use.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness at all times, adhering to company protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies regarding chemical usage and waste disposal.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid government-issued ID.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in workmanship.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
