Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Restroom Maintenance: Ensure restrooms are pristine, stocked with supplies, and adhere to all health and safety codes.
- Laundry & Linens: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry as required, ensuring all linens are crisp and clean.
- Deep Cleaning: Execute deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis, focusing on areas that require extra attention, such as ovens, refrigerators, and windows.
- Supply Management: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages or needs to management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Interact professionally with clients, ensuring their specific requests and preferences are met with the highest level of service.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 25 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
