Responsibilities
- Room Deep Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, including restrooms, lobbies, and corridors, to ensure a flawless appearance.
- Sanitization & Safety: Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and germ-free for the well-being of guests and staff.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure the facility is always fully equipped.
- Equipment Maintenance: Properly operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery, reporting any malfunctions to management immediately.
- Organization: Maintain organized storage areas and ensure all equipment is stored correctly after use.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address guest requests promptly and maintain a welcoming environment throughout the property.
- Reporting: Identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items and report them to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar hospitality role is preferred but not always required for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow specific cleaning checklists and standards.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential; we value dependability.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and guests in English.
- Availability: Must be flexible and available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
