- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation modifications and cancellations with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly using conflict resolution skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and professional appearance
- Assist with overflow tasks including valet and concierge services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Fluent English; bilingual Spanish highly valued
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of El Paso attractions and services
- Valid Texas driver's license if providing valet services
