Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform detailed room turnovers including bed making, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Restock amenities and supplies according to brand standards
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to engineering team
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable cleaning practices
- Collaborate with front desk to ensure timely room readiness
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Tennessee work authorization
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
