Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) in guest rooms.
- Inspect rooms daily for any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them to the supervisor.
- Empty trash bins and ensure waste areas are kept tidy and sanitary.
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain housekeeping carts.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following proper chemical handling and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
