Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to strict hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the assigned area.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hotel services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent time management skills.
