Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities (soaps, shampoos, etc.) to meet brand standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Organize housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel housekeeping staff roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift moderate loads (up to 20 lbs).
