Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Make and make beds to exacting standards, ensuring linens are crisp and amenities are stocked.
- Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, soap, and coffee to enhance the guest experience.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the assigned floors promptly.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations set by the hotel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
