- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Maintain pristine hotel common areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms) to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Deliver exceptional guest service during interactions in public spaces
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists before guest arrivals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods with frequent bending/squatting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
