Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms, suites, and public areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Change linens and restock bathroom amenities to meet hotel standards.
- Report maintenance issues and damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information.
- Sort and deliver laundry to appropriate areas.
- Follow all safety and health regulations regarding chemical use and cleaning procedures.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
