Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to our strict hygiene standards.
- Linens & Amenities: Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Laundry: Collect, sort, and launder linens and towels using commercial-grade equipment.
- Maintenance Reporting: Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the engineering or management team.
- Inventory: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure efficient operations.
- Guest Interaction: Interact professionally with guests and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
