- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp, clean, and arranged properly.
- Restock amenities, including toiletries and towels, to maintain a fully stocked room.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Adhere to company branding and uniform guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Physical stamina required to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
