Responsibilities
- Deep-clean guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed industry standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping team for efficient room turnover
- Provide turndown service and special guest requests as needed
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and room status
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
