Responsibilities
- Clean and Sanitize: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established health and safety standards.
- Bedding & Linens: Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready for guest use.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages in the rooms to the maintenance department promptly.
- Restocking: Regularly check and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Organization: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and ensure all surfaces are polished and free of smudges.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor while ensuring a high standard of cleanliness at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
- Communication: Basic English language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the housekeeping management team.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
