Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are restocked and organized neatly in accordance with brand standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a positive, welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when entering guest rooms.
- Collaborate with the floor staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is a plus but not required (we offer on-the-job training).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push heavy carts safely.
