Responsibilities
- Maintain Impeccable Standards: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest hotel standards.
- Room Preparation: Change linens, dust surfaces, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready for new arrivals.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address and resolve guest inquiries and requests promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on the status of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
