Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas following luxury hotel standards
- Execute deep cleaning protocols for bathrooms, bedrooms, and common spaces
- Manage inventory of linens and amenities with precision
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Provide discreet, attentive service to discerning clientele
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury/hotel environment
- Valid NYC work permit and legal authorization to work
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 30 lbs)
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
