Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas during the night shift.
- Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Empty trash receptacles and sanitize restrooms to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and a good work history.
