Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Change bed linens, make beds according to hotel standards, and ensure amenities are replenished.
- Empty trash cans, replace liners, and organize waste areas.
- Dust furniture, polish surfaces, and vacuum carpets to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is required; we welcome entry-level applicants.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable work history with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull furniture and cleaning equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
