Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, suites, and common areas, including bathrooms and hallways.
- Perform thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing of surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Make beds and arrange linens according to strict quality standards.
- Restock guest amenities such as soap, shampoo, toiletries, and towels.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow all company safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Basic English proficiency for communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
