Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) for a fresh guest experience.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisory staff immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols, health regulations, and hotel policies regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
- Organize linen closets and maintain an efficient stock of cleaning supplies.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience is required; full training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (physical stamina required).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
