Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet high cleanliness standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish toiletries and amenities.
- Empty trash cans, replace liners, and ensure waste disposal is handled properly.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in hallways and rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the management team immediately.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs comfortably.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
- Must pass a background check.
