Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and public areas
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to hotel standards
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Stock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory control
- Provide exceptional service during guest interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Background check clearance required
