Responsibilities
- Strip and make beds according to strict brand standards and guest preferences.
- Dust, polish, and disinfect furniture, fixtures, and surfaces throughout guest rooms and public areas.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms and corridors.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the engineering or management team.
- Ensure all amenities are fully stocked and presentable.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
