Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp and amenities are stocked according to brand standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures during cleaning operations.
- Interact professionally with guests and colleagues, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Organize storage closets and linen rooms efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to work various shift schedules.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
