Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock amenities and supplies while maintaining inventory control
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning requirements
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds consistently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
