Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all supplies are properly maintained
- Adhere to strict sanitation standards and safety protocols
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and damages promptly
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless shift transitions
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts (early morning, evening, weekends)
- Valid work authorization in the US
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
