Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are stocked and replenished throughout the property.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries regarding room services.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them to the maintenance team immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
- Adhere to time schedules and productivity goals set by the Housekeeping Management.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
