Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchenettes.
- Make and make beds to perfection, ensuring linens are crisp and amenities are stocked according to brand standards.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and public areas.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, health codes, and company policies regarding sanitation.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests or fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rooms are cleaned within the allotted time.
