Responsibilities
- Execute Cleaning Protocols: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict safety and sanitation standards.
- Room Preparation: Strip beds, sanitize surfaces, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections to guarantee every area meets our premium quality benchmarks before guest arrival.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with guests and other staff members.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to notice and correct minor imperfections.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
