Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and payment methods.
- Manage the front desk operations during assigned shifts, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 5-star service standards.
- Process hotel transactions, including credit card authorization and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with security checks and monitoring of the hotel premises during night shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with experience in Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
