Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and fully stocked with amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols strictly.
- Sort and launder linens and towels according to hotel standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special preparation needs.
- Maintain common areas and corridors in pristine condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
