Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities to meet luxury hospitality standards
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Coordinate with front desk team to ensure timely room turnover between guests
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards and chemical handling
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Weekly pay eligibility with direct deposit option
