Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitization
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and maintain supply inventory
- Service public areas (lobbies, hallways, fitness centers) to brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to OSHA and CDC sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members for room turnover efficiency
- Complete daily inspection checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
