Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Restock amenities, linens, and toiletries in guest suites to ensure a luxurious experience.
- Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness in storage closets and linen rooms.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols set by the hotel.
- Interact politely and professionally with guests and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
