Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-in & Check-out: Efficiently manage the registration process, including verifying identity and collecting payment information.
- Reservation Management: Assist with room assignments and handle special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Guest Communication: Respond to phone calls and emails promptly, providing information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and minor issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we are looking for personality and potential.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
