Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Stock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to hotel safety protocols and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams
- Manage room turnover efficiently during peak seasons
- Assist with special event preparations and VIP room setups
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or commercial housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
