- Guest Services: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, including verifying identity and processing payments accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly, maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
- Information Desk: Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception area organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software quickly.
- Professionalism: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new tasks.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects as needed.
