Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Bed Making: Strip beds and replace linens with fresh, crisp sheets and duvets, arranging pillows and amenities for optimal comfort.
- Amenities & Stocking: Restock mini-bars, replenish toiletries, and ensure all guest supplies are fully stocked.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform dusting, vacuuming, and polishing of furniture, fixtures, and hard surfaces.
- Reporting: Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Dependable punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger housekeeping team.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
