Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to Hilton's exacting standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Ensure bathrooms are spotless, sanitized, and stocked with supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies while using cleaning equipment.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English language proficiency.
