Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to strict quality standards.
- Bed Making: Strip beds, replace linens, and make beds to ensure a fresh and inviting appearance.
- Restroom Sanitation: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors to maintain hygiene.
- Restocking: Ensure amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee) are replenished and supplies are stocked for housekeeping carts.
- Laundry: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels as required.
- Reporting: promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills are required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
