Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, including changing linens, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Deep clean and inspect public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols following CDC guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover between guests
- Provide attentive service to guest requests with a friendly, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Reliable transportation to our downtown LA location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
