Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and toiletries are restocked and organized.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and chemical safety protocols.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests and visitors.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure rooms are ready for check-in on schedule.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
