Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the day.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance department promptly.
- Organize closets and drawers to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Follow strict safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the front desk to address any special guest requests.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
