Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment from check-in to check-out.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and phone inquiries efficiently using our modern hotel management software.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms meet our high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle cash transactions, prepare reports, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
