Responsibilities
- Deep clean guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas to exceed sanitation standards
- Operate commercial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors, etc.) safely
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Adapt to special requests while maintaining efficient workflows
- Follow OSHA and brand-specific protocols for chemical handling
- Collaborate with team during shift transitions for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (early morning/overnight)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic English proficiency for safety protocols and client interactions
- Clean background check and drug screening required
