- Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums, buffers, and floor buffers, safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards and company policies at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged property immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents, guests, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
