Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to company standards
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (vacuums, extractors, etc.)
- Stock guest rooms with amenities and supplies according to inventory guidelines
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns promptly to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all team members!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
